"We LOVE these cookies. I change up the wet ingredients to make them healthier. Applesauce for some of the butter, Splenda, Egg whites, Whole Wheat flour. These substitutions aren't as good as the written recipe, but my Hubby feels better about eating them this way. He requests them and if I make another snack, he says "why didn't you make the cook..."
