"Made this last night and my husband and I loved it! I made the recipe exactly as stated except for using a Fuji apple. Next time I think I will add some strips of grilled chicken and make it a full meal. This is a keeper : and sooo easy :"

"I've been using this recipe for at least a year now. It is one of our go-to meals. REALLY good. I follow the instructions pretty exactly and add a little extra red pepper for some heat. It's fun to eat it with tortilla chips too : Thank you for this recipe! I will be making it for the rest of my life :"

"Sorry, my husband and I really did not enjoy this recipe. I feel like it was over-seasoned. The taste of the actual veggies was lost and all I could taste was lemon and ginger for the most part."

"I made this dish again last night and it turned out even better than the first time! I used both chicken breasts and thighs - they both turned out great. I used almost double the spices (about 1tsp of everything for the chicken plus the same for the rice. The curry powder I used is Nirmal Spicy Curry Powder."

"REALLY good! Made it for a work potluck and it was one of the first things that was completely gone. I made it the night before and let it marinate in the fridge overnight which I'm sure made it even better. I also used balsamic vinegar and didn't add the lemon pepper. I think the key is adding fresh basil and garlic, mmmmmm. And I was skepti..."

"With all of these spices I expected more flavor. The taste is really original, but I don't think I'll be making this again. Thanks for posting it though."

"Made this last night using chicken breast strips and it came out awesome! My husband was so impressed. I even cut the amount of butter in half, although next time I make it, I'm going to try it with no butter to see if I can make it more healthy. I fried the strips in about 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and turned them when each side was nice and br..."

"My fiance loved it! It will be a permanent dish in our house. I added twice as much red pepper and I seasoned the chicken with salt/pepper/chili powder/oregano & boiled in chicken broth (low sodium/no fat. All I need now is a bigger pot. Thanks for making me look like a great cook ;"
