    "The recipe in the La Madeleine cookbook calls for Cognac instead of Brandy. Once you make that small change it will taste exactly like what you get at La Madeleine."

    "I went back and reviewed the show and she poured some heavy cream into the mixer and whipped it. It did not look like she added sugar to it, just heavy cream. She put that on top of the meringues and then topped with the berries. The episode was called oven rules."
