    "This was awesome. Chicken Parmesan is my favorite dish ever, and after trying to tofu version I must say that not much has changed. My favorite thing to do is use three kinds of cheeses. Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Romano. I also prefer diced tomatoes as opposed to a sauce which I find more messy. Firming the tofu was easy as well with a press ..."

    "Fried Tofu? I was hesistant at first given the non-nutritious connotation that fried foods are usually associated with, however I used peanut oil to fry my tofu to rid it of added fat.     "I grew up on Egg Salad. It was my favorite lunch as a kid for my mom to pack. When I thought of the idea of tofu egg salad at first, I didn't think it would be good at all. Surprisingly, I thought the recipe was great, a little extra salt and pepper to go with it, and throw it on a bagel in the morning. Great recipe and good egg replacement!!"
