    "Tried this recipe after watching Trisha make it with her nephew's. It was SO easy to make and SO good!! I used a 1/2 stick of salted butter and 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter because that's what I had on hand. The extra salt in the butter is not needed... It still came out wonderful! Next time I will try Dark Chocolate Chips... YUM!!! ..."

    "I made this tonight for our St. Patrick's Day dinner and it was delicious!! Lots of flavor and the corned beef was very tender (I did buy a lower sodium meat. My family loved it!! Will definitely be making this again! Thank you for a great recipe!"
