"INEDIBLE. The breaded chicken turned out beautifully which is why I have given this recipe 2 stars. But the sauce is dreadful - you might as well just squeeze pure lemon juice onto the chicken it is that sour. I had to add loads of chicken stock, extra wine & butter to make the sauce edible - DO NOT MAKE THIS SAUCE !!"

"This recipe is really delicious. I left out the sugar as I felt peanut butter is sweet enough for me & I added a load of veg - mange tout, baby corn & red pepper - cooked so they still had a bite. I also dredged my chicken in flour before I fried it cos I like that crust it gives. This went down a treat in my house - everyone loved it & it tastes ..."
