"This was the bomb!! I thought boiling chicken breast would dry it out, but it was so moist and delicious. I left out the cilantro and green pepper, and it was still great. If you want the best corn tortillas, wrap a few in a damp paper towel, microwave 45 secs. You will throw the flour ones out!"

"Great basic recipe for chicken pot pie. I too "kicked it up a notch" by adding in garlic powder and onion powder. I zapped chicken thighs in the microwave with some grill seasoning, and it was so juicy. I think the melted margaine was supposed to go on top of the crust, which is missing from the directions. "If you do made these, I suggest you do use a pasta machine. I own one, but decided to try it the old fashioned way...rolling it out by hand and cutting it. The pasta was way too thick, and took forever to boil. Live and learn."

"This was good. I had to make due with the ingredients I had on hand, which meant no chicken or pine nuts. The spices of this dish taste better at room temperature than hot. I think the pine nuts I was missing would have added another layer of much needed texture, but I also think it needs another flavor to brighten the overall taste..maybe some fr..."

"This was a good salad. I cut the sugar amount in the dressing in half, and I still thought it was pretty sweet, but just a personal preference. I also used regular vinegar, and spooned in some strawberry preserves to save on buying another vinegar. Thanks so much for sharing!!!"
