"we loved this recipe. didn't have cream sherry, so subbed the marsala for the sherry. Only thing I would change is to triple the sauce ingredients. Double was not really as much as we like. it was like a nice restaurant meal. Thanks!"

"always wanted to try this recipe but was hesitant because I could not believe that the pot would not be smoking after 30 minutes. I put in my cast iron Dutch oven without greasing. After 30 minutes, I took it out, sprayed with the high temp Pam for barbecue grills. Tipped the batter into it and put it in to bake. WONDERFUL> My husband tips hi..."

"My new favorite cabbage dish! I used a small head of cabbage, a carrot, a bit of onion and garlic. I think I can reduce the amt. of oil to 1 T. next time since the cabbage does release some liquid. I cooked it till crisp-tender. It was very good. Reminded me of the inside of an eggroll. I will be making this often and trying different spices a..."

"Never had liked Blue Cheese; but when my finicky daughter endorsed it I thought I better try it. Glad I found this recipe! I used Kraft mayo ( what I had on hand, used light versions of mayo and sour cream. I used dried minced onion and garlic powder instead of minced garlic. My buttermilk was very thick so it did not thin the dressing down. ..."

"This is a great tasting, easy to throw together soup that satisfies my tomato-curry jones. I had a bit leftover and threw in some leftover basamti rice and I liked that as well. Thanks for a great easy soup."

"This is the favorite pizza crust for our family. I made as directed except used 1/2 tsp of garlic salt instead of the 1/4 tsp salt. We make it into one big pizza, so the crust is not thick, not thin, just right!Goes together quickly and doesn't require much time to rise. I do it on my bakestone at 450 for about 14 min. We love it. thanks!"
