"My 20 year old daughter, who does not like to cook, made these for Thanksgiving dinner and they were a big success. They were light and had a nice spice taste. "These were really good. I just used a very light sprinkle of salt and some regular paprika and lightly coated the leaves in olive oil. I did not want to over power the taste of the kale. This recipe is so basic that you could play with the spices. I could sit and snack on these crunchy baked greens. "
