"This is a great recipe, and yes there is alot of chopping. But the only real problems I had were making enough to get into the freezer, and also I like making soup in the crockpot and this recipe works better on the stove. I did make it so it was vegan, and even my carnivore friends loved it. Great recipe. Thanks so much for posting it."
