"This is my first time making flank steak. I liked the flavor of the marinade. (Did not have all the ingredients so had to substitute a bit, no fresh ginger so used ground gigner instead, I think fresh ginger would be much better, no sherry wine vinegar, so used some regular red wine vinegar and added a bit more of sugar, no fresh lemons at home,..."
