"This was delicious! Very different spin on a favorite. Not overly sweet but rich and fudgey with an exotic warmth from the fresh ginger. NICE. Was going to take a photo, but when it came out of the oven smelled so delightful we lost all sensibility and ate half before we thought about pictures... SORRY! yummmmmm"
"These were very interesting and a decent substitute for normal brownies. BUT having said that, I think I would only make them again if I were desperate. I don't think I puree'd the black beans as well as I should have and that didn't help. My family ate them, but didn't devour them like normal brownies if that gives you any ..."
"Oh Yummalicious! This was DEE-LISH! Only thing I adjusted was the amount of salt. I only used 2 tsp which was still almost too much. And, I used a whole bag of fresh spinach, chopped. VERY delightful. Going in my recipe box!"
"HOLY FRIJOLE! This is AWESOME good! You will NOT believe it has no tuna! I used about half a can of black olives (because I'm a black olive freak!) but everything else the same and it was crazy good! a MUST HAVE in your vegan repertoire."

But surprisingly enough we all LOVED it as is, and although the reversed way worked, just wasn't as overwhelmingly yummy. So, recipe is tested and approved as is! Thanks for s..."
"I used ground lamb, and white and wild rice mixed. Also, used a little bit of beef boullion (1 tsp better than bullion beef boullion) to "goose up" the flavor a bit as it was a little bland and gamey. The boullion gave it a nice flavor boost. Also used mixed color sweet peppers and sliced black olives but no chick peas. Nice mediterranean dish..."
"This is a good recipe, however, just a couple notes. 1) "spread evenly in pan" doesn't work with a spatula. The greased/floured pan, combined with the sticky dough didn't work. Dough stuck to the spatula and not the pan. So, I buttered my fingers and spread it that way. Much better and the amount of butter was insignificant, so didn't affect ..."
"This is a great recipe! It appears to be very simple and boring, but it's very delicious. I used a combination of whiting and fresh tuna instead of cod, but I suppose about any fish would be good. Very nice and easy!"
