"Great cupcake and so easy to make. I made them late at night with my 15 month old daughter who refused to sleep. We had a great time and made the icing the next day. The icing is great and will be used for other cakes and such. Definitely a keepsake recipe. Thanks for posting Redsie."

"Great muffins! My DH enjoyed them so much that he actually took a couple to work. He doesn't have much of a sweet tooth so when I bake, he usually has a few pieces and the rest is left up to me. It has just the right amount of banana and sweetness. The only thing I will do next time is leave of the streusel. It is not necessary for me and act..."

"Great recipe! I love the apple-to-crisp topping ratio. The spices were just right. My only concern is the cooking time. I was skeptical about the "50 min" indicated on the recipe. It seemed too long as most crips cook in 35 minutes. I ended up taking mine out 15 minutes shy of the full time and it was done. As a matter of fact...a bit "overdone..."

"Great recipe! I love apple turnovers and this is an easy recipe. My only concern is that I couldn't get six even squares out of my puff pastry sheet. They were more like rectangles and thus, made it difficult to make triangles. In any case, I made rectangles and it all tasted the same. Next time though, I will also make four larger ones as I f..."

"This was absolutely A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! I loved it. It was easy to make and the icing is to die for. I will use that icing for my cakes also. I think this will be my "girly" recipe for bridal showers and such. Definitely let the ingredients come to room temperature and I only use pure vanilla extract. Only the best for my baking goodies. "I have a huge cravings for citrus deserts and this recipe satisfies them all. The cake has just the right amount of lemon flavor for the average "sour" tooth (although personally, I would add a bit moreand the icing adds that extra kick. It is buttery and so lemony. I would like to try this recipe with other citrus fruit like, oranges."
