"Very easy to make. I didn't have enough bread crumbs and I was in a rush so I used some crushed crackers and it worked fine. Great easy recipe. I could not believe how fast this came together. Tastes like you worked for hours on it and it only took moments to make! Thanks!"

"I forgot I borrowed my casserole dish to my friend so I made this in a 9 by 13 pan. I had one layer and sprinkled everything on top but instead of onions I used garlic. I also added some mozza cheese. Very yummy. Fiance doesn't like scalloped potatoes but he loved these! Thanks! "

"WONDERFUL! I didn't have rice vinegar so I used apple cider vinegar and it turned out so yummy. I added a bit more fresh ginger/garlic as I love those flavors. Meat fell off the bone and the sauce was great over rice. I used the sweet/sour cut of spareribs. Will be making again soon because it was sooo easy and tasty and a great lazy day meal!"

It is too late for me to make a second batch tonight but I will be making some more when I get home from work tomorrow!Very simple and easy to make! Thanks!"

"Wowwy! I was a bit worried when I was making these as I received that new silicon bakeware for Christmas and the muffin cups are an XXXXXLarge size! Even though the muffins I made in my new "rubber tins" were about 2.5 times the size of regular muffins, these were wonderful. I left out the chocolate chips out and they were so yummy! Asked fian..."
