"Excellent - I use as a salad or main course : I double dressing and add a large can of rinsed black beans and 8oz cooked pasta (mini farfalle - might also be good with rice. Yummy! Served at a potluck and none left; also serving for Thanksgiving."

"Excellent and fun to make! They do turn out huge and soft and moist. They're great for when you want something lightly sweet. Some were sent to my sons teacher and she also gave them high praise."

"Chef #704580 - to answer your question, just put the ingredients in your machine in the order your machine suggests and then set your machine on the dough cycle. You'll have to remove the dough so you can then shape it correctly and bake in your oven."

"After just 3.5 hours my dough had already doubled and was nice and puffy and bubbly, so I decided to skip the next 14.5 hours of waiting and just proceed with the remainder of the recipe. It turned out fabulous! Absolutely the best no-knead yeast bread I've yet to make. Beautiful thin and crispy crust with an airy and moist inside crumb, just l..."

"Very good rolls, texture and crust are right on! I used only the 1/2 C water (not the extra 1T and 1t, and still ended up having to add a almost 2 extra T of flour to get the right dough consistency - it was sticking to my machine. All flour, day to day, is different - sometimes wetter, sometimes drier, depending on the bag of flour and the hu..."

"Lovely cheese filled bread! Perfect texture, too. I added garlic to mine, otherwise followed your recipe. I used your suggestion of lightly salting the pans, but didn't care for that - just too salty for my tastes."

"I frequently bake 'regular' crust and have a recipe I love, but when I don't have time (for the rolling or the mess I love to use an oil crust mixed right in the pan. It's great for a simple fruit pie or tart with a T of sugar added to the flour, or a meaty pie made with Olive oil. I'm making a pumpkin one tonight with Canola. I agree with you..."
