"Delightful cookie! I used whole wheat flour and they still were light and yummy. Also, didn't have any unsweetened chocolate, so I used cocoa powder and oil. Turned out perfectly. I highly recommend this simple, delicious recipe."

"Love this cake! I reduced the sugar to 1-1/2 cups and it's still plenty sweet and delightful. Also added a sprinkle of allspice and a teaspoon of vanilla. I leave the nuts out of the cake but saute some in a skillet with a little butter and sugar, then sprinkle them over the cream cheese frosting. YUM! Thanks for this great recipe, Charlotte."

"This is a delightful recipe! I used red curry paste and after pureeing the soup, blended in a can of coconut milk. YUM!! "This rice is so delightful & delicious!! I haven't actually prepared it as fried rice yet. Both times I've made it, I just cooked the spices a bit in ghee and stirred it into the rice along with some peas and cashews. Yum!!
