"Simple and simply delicious! I added a can of chopped tomatoes with their liquid and slightly increased the cumin to make up for additional ingredients. LOVE stirring in the fresh spinach at the end. It wilts to a gorgeous emerald green, making the soup look fresh and appetizing. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"Delightful cookie! I used whole wheat flour and they still were light and yummy. Also, didn't have any unsweetened chocolate, so I used cocoa powder and oil. Turned out perfectly. I highly recommend this simple, delicious recipe."

"Love this cake! I reduced the sugar to 1-1/2 cups and it's still plenty sweet and delightful. Also added a sprinkle of allspice and a teaspoon of vanilla. I leave the nuts out of the cake but saute some in a skillet with a little butter and sugar, then sprinkle them over the cream cheese frosting. YUM! Thanks for this great recipe, Charlotte."

"This is a delightful recipe! I used red curry paste and after pureeing the soup, blended in a can of coconut milk. YUM!! I also sauteed some chard and lots of fresh garlic in olive oil and put a little pile of it on each serving for garnish and a wonderful flavor injection. Served leftover soup the next day combined with basmatic rice and peas..."

"Oooohhh! Yummy, light, crispy, delicious kale! I had no vinegar, so I used lemon juice instead. Next time, I'll leave the salt out in the beginning and will simply sprinkle salt on afterwards as my "chips" were too salty with about 3/4 tsp. of salt. I was sauteing up some zucchini at the same time and ended up crumbling some the of the kale ch..."

"This rice is so delightful & delicious!! I haven't actually prepared it as fried rice yet. Both times I've made it, I just cooked the spices a bit in ghee and stirred it into the rice along with some peas and cashews. Yum!! I'm sure frying it all would add nice texture and will get around to trying that as well soon. Thanks for a great recipe!"
