"Thankyou this was a great recipe! I shaped the meat mixture into a log and baked it in the oven for 35 minutes as suggested from another reviewer. I used prepared tzatsiki sauce and topped it with diced tomatoes, red onions and black olives. I will definitely be making this again...we really enjoyed it. I have uploaded a photo for you as well:"

"We really enjoyed this creamy dressing and it was a nice change from the regular oil and vinegar type dressing. I used regular milk and 1/2tbsp tzatsiki as I didn't have any buttermilk on hand. It turned out great and I can't wait to try it tomorrow on some chicken gyros...thanks so much for posting this treasure:"

"This was very nice and oh the smell was great! I did reduce the salt to 1/2 tsp as I am on a sodium restricted diet. I also did not have regular paprika so I used smoked paprika. This was so moist and I served it with scalloped potatoes and roasted balsamic vegetables. I will definitely make this again.Thankyou!"

I am a little nervous after reading that salsas should be done in the pressure canner???........mine appears to have worked out fine and we are eating it so fast that I don't think there will be a problem. I will definitely make..."

"Very nice and a very attractive salad. I served this alongside Texan barbequed chicken, roasted potatoes, and fresh corn on the cob and it was such a great compliment to the entire meal. I followed the advice of one of the other reviewers and added crumbled blue cheese to the salad ...fresh parmesan would also be tasty. I will definitely be making..."

"DELISH!!!! This is a great easy recipe for my ice cream dream machine: The only difference I used was I didn't use the half and half, I used all whipping cream. I used eggbeaters instead of the egg. I made this for my neighbours as a treat in some nice waffle cones..... Thanks!!!!"
