    "why only 31/2 stars? This is the best baked ham recipe that I have ever tried. I have used it about 5 times since last year. I am Polish past 60 so you know I have baked plenty of hams in my time. "

    "The 2 men in my family loved it. My son is an executive chef and he really liked it. It was the first time that I used Hispanic seasonings but it will most certainly not be the last. Best pork roast that we have ever eaten.BTW, I cooked it in a crock pot because it was partially frozen. Came out great! "

    "I have made these cookies several times and they always come out real nice. I have several biscotti recipes but I like this one best because it calls for very little sugar compared to the others. I also use olive oil for a lower fat content."
