"Thanks for posting the recipe. This was the first time I'd ever made homemade mashed potatoes so I appreciated a simple recipe online. I even made a vegan version for family with soy milk and it was delicious!"

"Wow! Scrumptious! I think the butter really does the trick. This was delicious with the onion and celery and regular mayonnaise but without the garlic salt, celery salt or dill weed."

"I made a vegetarian version by substituting salt, white pepper and caramelized thin-sliced onion for the prosciutto. I also skipped the egg and brushed melted butter on the outside for a lovely golden-brown cover. I baked at 375 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes. Thanks so much for the delicious recipe; everyone loved it!!"

"Wonderful! We added York Peppermint Patty bits to one batch and instant coffee and chocolate chunks to another--delicious! Chilling the batter and using 1 stick of butter instead of the oil worked for us. Thanks for the great recipe!"

"I was looking for more info on "Monster Spray" for my 5 year old and was so excited to see this wonderful recipe on our beloved Zaar! This sells on the internet for $2-10 (plus shipping so this is a great substitute. "Wonderful recipe and also nice in that it has simpler ingredients than some of the other recipes. I only added 1/2 cup sugar and used soy milk and it was still delicious. Everyone raved about this cornbread baked in a #8 cast-iron pan and served with the Wendy's Chili recipe posted here on Zaar. Thanks so much for the great recipe!"

"Excellent recipe! I used regular mayo and homemade breadcrumbs and this was still so much simpler and healthier than frying the eggplant! I went on to use this in eggplant parmesan but this would also be wonderful on a sandwich! I've made this three times, but this time I peeled the eggplant and used onion powder instead of minced onion to save..."

"WOW! I have been looking for a great recipe for acorn squash but had not previously found one that was as delicious as recipes for other types of squash. This one, however, knocked our socks off! I used the browned honey butter and sage option and everyone was amazed at how savory and delicious this was. It really brought out the flavors of t..."

"As I noted in another review, I'm so grateful for this recipe! I was right in the middle of making Recipe #30522 (Zucchini "Crab" Cakes when I realized I was out of breadcrumbs, and this worked like a charm. I was able to use super-healthy whole grain, high-fiber bread, too and everyone thought they were delicious! I used these seasonings with..."
