"Delicious! I served this to a couple friends, and they raved about it! I used a little more pumpkin than called for, and I used homemade vegetable broth. I didn't understand pureeing the veggies before adding the broth, so I cooked the broth and veggies together and then used a hand blender to puree it. I only added a half cup of cream. This is th..."

     |  By Rita~

"Wonderful souffles! Made these instead of cake for a friend's birthday and everyone loved them. I made a sweet milk sauce to pour over them (tasted similar to caramel.A note about servings: this must be for quite large souffle ramekins. I tripled the recipe so I could make 6 souffles, but that made enough for double that in the ramekins I have."

"Very good pizza dough! I've used a recipe that was way too sticky and hard to work with, but this one was perfect! I let it rise and double in size in a warm oven before fitting it to the pan."

"These cookies are great even with my health nut changes! If anyone likes to make "healthy" baked goods, here's what I did. I used whole spelt flour, left out the PB (just cuz I'm more of a choc. chip cookie fan, used 1/2 cup unrefined whole cane sugar and about 1/3 cup agave nectar (which helped add enough liquid. They turned out great! They ris..."

     |  By Barb Gertz

"This flan is amazing! My BF said it was just like flan from a restaurant, and I even thought it was better than that - it was creamier and melts in your mouth! It was certainly not what I would say is an easy recipe, even though many reviewers have said so. It's somewhat complicated, but sooo worth the effort. I didn't end up putting a towel in ..."

"These blintzes were great!! I had a little trouble getting the crepes right because I used rice milk, so I had to add a little extra flour to my batter. Once I got that right, they turned out delicious! I love the filling; the sugar sweetens it, while the ricotta gives the interesting texture that I love in blintzes I get at nice restaurants.
