    "I haven't made your recipe but I absolutely LOVE these wicked little peppers and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this recipe....aaaahhh.....memories...I tried them the first time I went to Galicia and when I went back a couple of years later I made sure I had them every day twice a day...Yummo !!! It is just such a shame that they are so hard..."

    "The ice cream TASTED fantastic and was soft enough to serve with a spoon straight from the freezer. Just one thing in the recipe that didn't work...If you chill the ice cream for 5 - 6 hours it sets to a jelly ( obviously ! so I would check after an hour. Mine set so I had to 'defrost' it and then beat the lumps out so I think this would have ch..."

    "I thought this was lovely - AND BEST OF ALL EASY - great for those nights when you know you will be home late or your hubby is on his own and helpless, but might just manage to turn on the oven. Very easy and open to many variations - I've made tuna, chorizo and left over roast, I just tried to keep the liquids to other ratio similar. Many thanks."

    "I hate beetroot but my husband loves it pickled, so rather than waste the beautiful "juice' i made this and didn't have very high hopes...I WAS DELIGHTED TO BE PROVED SO WRONG.
