"A nice switch from traditional zucchini bread - the pineapple and raisins add a pleasant flavor and texture."

"Delicious! I had fresh beets in my weekly produce delivery box and wanted to try something new with them. This recipe was it. I roasted the beets in the oven (drizzled with a little honey and then pureed them in the blender. I also melted chocolate chips (about 1/2 c melted because I didn't have any unsweetened chocolate. It turned out great - a..."

"I made this last night (after receiving some green swiss chard in my weekly produce box, and it was delicious! The chard gives the quiche a much richer flavor than the spinach I would normally use.
I didn't have any onions, so I sauteed the chard in olive oil with garlic and mushrooms. I used a mix of sharp cheddar and pepperjack cheese. It ..."

"Butternut squash and apples are the perfect fall combination. This recipe will be added to my regular rotation for sure. My husband and I both loved it. I modified this recipe a bit by eliminating the cornflakes (I just sprinkled walnuts throughout the dish and reducing the amount of sugar by quite a bit. I probably used about 1/8 c. white su..."

"This was a perfect meal for a crisp fall evening. It was easy and flavorful, and I love the combination of the rich chicken thighs with the butternut squash. "Absolutely delicious. I made these as holiday gifts for my neighbors. How can you go wrong with almonds and vanilla - two of my favorite flavors?"

"Also a tradition in my family, and they are delicious. However, this recipe is showing up as "lighter fare" and "low in fat." They ARE deep fried, so anyone who tries the recipe should know that they are most definitely not low fat. They make a fantastic treat, especially during the holidays, but will never qualify as health food. :"

"Delicious. I didn't have cayenne, celery seeds or the dry mustard on hand, so just combined all the other ingredients and rubbed on chicken breasts for the grill. It kept the chicken moist, and the sweetness of the brown sugar was nicely complemented by the chili powder and garlic flavors. Here's hoping you win the competition next year."

"I doubled this recipe and made a cake instead because I was out of muffin cups. It turned out a bit dry, which may be due to the lack of egg yolks (not sure, but it did taste good. I iced the cake with a brown sugar icing. I would make it again, and experiment with the wet ingredients a bit to up the moisture."
