"I was looking for a yeast/dairy/wheat/egg-free bread and this fit the bill. It turned out wonderfully, with a light texture and delicious taste. This is definitely a lifesaver! Thanks!"

"I tried this when I was on a wheat and yeast-free diet and it turned out well. Used vanilla almond milk instead of milk or soymilk. I found it a little salty, so I would cut the amount of salt a bit next time, but otherwise it definitely satisfied a bread craving!"

I assembled this the night before (in no time at all and used smoked German-style sausages and sliced them into thick diagonal slices. It was definitely sweeter than I expected, but not too much, just perfect. I..."

"Just had to comment before even trying this. This is an awesome idea! I always worry that the valves aren't coming clean. I'll definitely be doing this in the future and will update then!"

"Delicious! Used a 28 oz can of diced tomatoes and skipped on the chilies and coriander because I didn't have either."
