"Great easy recipe that tastes great. My family, who have never liked cabbage raved about this dish, and said they'd pay money for it at a restaurant.Only suggestion is to watch the red pepper if you're not crazy about spicy food. I cut it in half (0.5 tsp and it was still really hot. That said, great addition to the cook book - thanks!"

"Brats turned out great - juicy and flavorful. Only watch-out is to make sure after boiling in beer to keep the simmer low - otherwise the brats split, losing much of their juice (similarly, need to BBQ on low-to-medium to avoid splitting."

"Very tasty barbeque sauce. I liked the idea of reserving a little sauce to serve with the chicken - best if it's served warm."

"Very moist burgers that cooked up well on the grill. Only complaints were that my family (especially the kids did not care for the taste of the green peppers and that the patties were tough to make, given how sticky the milk made the ground beef mixture. "
