"Absolutely DELICIOUS. Easy to make and it's Gluten Free. The only addition I made was about a tablespoon of potato starch because it appeared to be a litte bit watery. I baked it in my convection oven 30 minutes at 450 degrees and 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Thanks LawyerMom for posting. :"

Clean up is a sn..."

"This cake was fabulous. my family loved it. I made the following changes: spread 2 tbsp margarine on the bottom of the pan, sprinkled approx. l/2 cup of brown sugar over the margarine and about 1/4 cup of grated coconut. For the cake I substituted pineapple juice for the water and 1/3 cup of applesauce for the oil. My pan was a bit smaller so I ..."
