"HUGE hit at my house full of men! They insist that I do not make spaghetti any other way and have to agree with them. This is so easy, flavorful and freezes great. Like others noted, instead of layering, I just mixed all ingredients together and put in casserole and topped with the cheese before baking. Instead of spaghetti sauce, I used 1 lg. ..."

"Thanks LorenLou! Excellent and easy recipe! I had a house full of teenage boys, my husband and myself - we all devoured this! We all loved the flavors and the heartiness of this soup. It is not TOO heavy, it has the right consistency, not too soupy or too thick, and the spice combinations are perfect. I added a bit of roasted chipotle powde..."

"FABULOUS! This was a huge "hit" with all my family. Everyone loved it and asked that I be sure to "make it this way again"! It is a great way to do fish that so flavorful and healthy! I think the tomato/olive mixture would be great over chicken, too. Thanks for sharing - this recipe will be one of my staples!"

"I really expected this to be great. I followed the recipe exactly but it was very bland! My family asked me not to make it again and I had to agree. It was just not flavorful even though it smelled wonderful while cooking in the oven."

"The meat itself was very bland. My whole family declared this "you've made better". I found that the whole bottle of wine did not reduce much, baking as directed until 150* internal temp. The fennel flavor was good, but since others thought that 1 T> was too much, I reduced it to 1 t. Other than that, I followed the directions exactly and it wa..."

"Sorry not to be able to give it more stars. My family of men "liked" it but it definately was missing something. I followed it to a T (except for parsley which my family does not care for. After serving, everyone added a good bit of salt, and I also sprinkled mine with chipotle pepper for more kick. It's good, but not great, and no one asked ..."
