"I've tried several Trout recipes, but this was the best and easiest by far! I've been cooking trout for years, but never with HOT SAUCE, haha!! It was a great touch! "I had to try this, being MY DAUGHTER is also named ALEXANDRA. It was simple and VERY TASTY. I thawed bay scallops in Milk, and added fresh oregano & basil, and dried rosemary to Panko. I also chopped a part of a hot pepper from our garden to add w/ the cayenne and sautee. We put the scallops on top of lightly buttered angel hair pasta. DELICIOUS!!..."
