    "I thought it sounded boring, so I doubled the amount of green chili and also added:
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    1/2 sweet onion, diced
    1/2 can black beans, drained
    1/2 can roasted corn, drained
    Taco seasoning
    Salt-free Mexican seasoning blend
    Cumin
    Minced garlic
