"This was so tasty! To add a little zip, I used a 50/50 mixture of regular chili powder and chipotle chili powder. Made it REALLY spicy, which we like. I cut three chicken breast in half and coated each piece heavily with the sauce. One of the best oven chicken recipes I've come across in awhile!"

"These were so good that even though I cut the recipe in half, two of us finished 4 servings with no problem. Didn't add parsley because I didn't have any fresh on hand but made as directed otherwise. Thought they were overdone at first because they were so brown on the bottom but they were perfect!"

"Like many others, loved the hint of vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and the allspice sent it over the top! Used Yukon gold potatoes without peeling and cut into about 2 inch chunks. Made with grass fed ground beef, browned really well and didn't have to drain. Sauteed onion in olive oil. Made stock with beef bouillon cube. Modified recipe f..."

"I didn't think it could get any easier than using prepared instant potatoes for Party Potatoes but with this one I just added the potato flakes dry to the rest of the ingredients and it worked great! I did add a topping from my old recipe made up of 1T melted butter, 1/4C bread crumbs, crumbled bacon and 1/2C shredded cheese then lightly cove..."

"Nice change from the typical spaghetti and meat sauce! Had to modify some because of what I had on hand...instead of 16 ounces of turkey I had 19 ounces of regular sweet Italian sausage and instead of a 24 ounce jar I had a 32 ounce jar of spaghetti sauce so I increased everything else just a bit and baked in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Served with a mi..."

"I tried to make this as directed with butter in the injection and it could have been my syringe but it was almost impossible to inject so I decided to try Daddy Hinkle's Liquid Marinade instead of the butter and it was much easier to inject. Also used Daddy Hinkle's Dry Marinade in place of Tony's in both the injection and the rub. ..."

"This was so delicious! I used both hot and sweet Italian sausage and I can't decide which one I liked most. Spread the bread with just the roasted garlic paste and no olive oil (we love garlic. Cooked the sausage in a skillet as directed on the Johnsonville package with some extra time added to get to 160 degrees. This with the peppers, onions a..."

"This dish was a hit...quick, easy and delicious! I microwaved the chopped onion for 1 minute to soften before mixing with the other ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish that had been sprayed with Pam. I covered the dish and cooked it for 15 minutes, then removed cover and cooked for 20 minutes more."

"Had to improvise since I made this last minute. Changes I made are due to what I had on hand. Used frozen mango chunks and chopped them up smaller after thawing just a bit under cold water. Also used white onion instead of red. Made this to go on the side with pork recipe #38347, that called for mango chutney. This was an easy and great substi..."

"Great dish! Ended up marinating it for about 4 hours. Other changes I made are due to what I had on hand. Used 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger instead of 1 teaspoon of gingerroot and instead of chutney I served with mango salsa, recipe #139264. This will be our new go to combo for pork on the grill!"
