"This recipe is great! I can't believe no one has reviewed it. Not only is it delicious, it's gluten free for hubby, easy as heck, and you have almost no dishes to wash. A fork, a knife, a cutting board, and a measuring cup. And you get to skip the whole step of browning the roast first. Who likes to stand in front of a hot stove frying a big ..."

"I've made this about three times in the last few weeks and we love it. Frank's Hot Buffalo sauce has a little more heat in it and that was our favorite. I think I'll make it again tonight..."

"I made this last night and everyone loved it. I think I will add even more horseradish next time. Really nice twist to the same old meatloaf!"

"This was awesome after I added just a bit of seasoning - about 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder and about a tablespoon of mixed Italian seasoning. I didn't have cream so I used 2% milk and it was still good. We really enjoyed it! Thanks!"

"I used this as a reference but DH has to have gluten free. I used 1/3 part white rice flour, 1/3 potato starch, and 1/3 crushed gf corn flakes. I marinated the chicken in buttermilk and Frank's RedHot wing sauce for about an hour and then dipped in the flour mixture. They turned out light and very crispy!"

"Great! Also added more vinegar and cornstarch. Will make it again soon, maybe tonight! Deep fried some Pad Thai rice noodles for a crispy gluten free accompaniment."

"I'm not going to rate the recipe because I had to make it gluten free and I'm sure it's just not the same. I used gluten free Corn Checks and a few teaspoons of white rice flour instead of the corn flakes (they have wheat in them. The flavor was great and it was sooo easy, but I just couldn't get them to become crisp or browned without overcook..."

"This is always popular with guests and family. I use more cheese. If I have time I'll simmer the chicken with onions, garlic, peppers and cumin for a while before assembling the enchiladas. I substitute white rice flour and corn tortillas to make it gluten free for my DH who has Celiac disease. He can't eat the "cream of" soups because they h..."

"OMG this was awesome! I can imagine you could turn it into Orange Chicken with orange zest and juice replacing some of the water. The chicken was so tender and juicy. I used 1/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar. Just fabulous! UPDATE last time I made this I added a few tablespoons of orange marmalade to the sauce. Very nice!"
