"I've used this recipe a couple of times and I love the flavor! The coating is nice and light but still crispy. I do think that the egg mixture could be cut in half and there would still be plenty of it to coat the chicken. I also just tossed the seasoning blend in with the flour mixture and it was just right!"

"This was a great dough. It's nice and light and I like the addition of the cheese. I've used several different recipes for making pigs in a blanket and I would definitely use this one again. I used it with one package of lil' smokies and instead of triangles I cut my dough into rectangles to fit the size of the smokies. I did have dough leftover, ..."

"I love this recipe! I usually cut back or cut out the pepper flakes since I have young kids (although I love spicy food myself. I have made this several times. "Growing up in our house we called this hamburger gravy and it tasted even better than my mom's. I did make this a little bit thinner by adding more milk and I served it with leftover rice, mashed potatoes and peas. I also used this same recipe to make sausage gravy over biscuits and it was really good but thinned it even more."

"I used this recipe to go with sausage gravy and thought they were delicious and easy. I didn't have any buttermilk so I used a tablespoon of vinegar with the milk and it turned out great."

"These are pretty much the best meatballs I've ever had. I like to simmer mine in barbecue sauce so I omitted the oregano but can't wait to try these with an Italian recipe."

"Fantastic! I love the flavor of this french toast. The only trouble I have with it is I don't let the bread soak long enough in the egg mixture. I think the flour slows that process down from other french toast recipes."
