"I doubled this recipe and used 2 8oz packages of cream cheese (because I could not find 3 oz pkgs. I added a couple more tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of nutmeg, and a couple dashes of cinnamon, for my taste preferences. The pies came out wonderful and I got a lot of compliments! "Outstanding!! I was worried that the spinach pasta on top of the spinach was going to be too much. I was wrong! It tasted great. It was simple to prepare and looked elegant. "Wonderful! My son loved them and they were so easy to make. At first I was skeptical because I thought the batter would be too dry and I thought they wouldn't rise well without eggs. I was wrong! I made one addition - topped them with cream cheese frosting, YUM!!!"

"These were o.k. but I felt they were missing something. I used milk instead of water because I didn't want them to taste paste-like. They were a good substitute for regular pancakes, sine my son is allergic to eggs."

"This had great flavor. The only problem I encountered was the breading did not stick well. Now, I did substitute the panko for bread crumbs because the store I shopped at did not carry panko. But I don't know if this would have caused the problem or if it was because it was fried in olive oil. Regardless, I know that once I get the breading do..."
