"Phenomenal recipe! Chili chicken is one of my favorite dishes at the Pakistani/Indian restaurants on Chicago's Devon ave. I tried so many recipes to replicate it at home to no avail until I found this one. This tastes exactly like the real thing. I'm amazed at how ridiculously easy it is to cook. This one is a keeper for sure. Thanks for a gem of ..."

"Having grown up eating Pakistani/Indian food, I found this to be an extremely flavorless rendition of qeema mattar. It lacked all the flavor that make indian curries so good."

"Delicious however it needs something with a firmer, more chewier texture than tofu. Unless you use deep-fried tofu, it will be mushy on the inside. I plan to make this again with chicken instead of the tofu."

"Wow this reminded me a lot of ginger chicken I've had at some Chinese restaurants. I was worried it would be too sweet with the pineapple juice and honey but the flavor turned out very nice and the chicken tender and juicy. I used unsweetened pineapple juice drained from a can of diced pineapple and served sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds. The..."

"A rather bland and flavorless dish. Adding some hot sauce, soy sauce, and cheese did help but it still wasn't anything to write home about. Will not be making this again."

"This has become one of my favorite recipes for a satisfying, low-fat dessert. I make these using low fat canola oil and IMO they are just as rich as those made from butter. Although this recipe is basic, its quite versatile as well. Its easy to add in chopped nuts, chocolate chunks, frosting, powdered sugar, or anything else you desire. A gre..."

"This is a nice change of pace from regular hummus. The avocado adds makes for a rich and creamy dip that goes great with either torilla or pita chips. I thought this was delicious when it first came out the blender but the flavor didn't seem so robust after pulling it out of the fridge later. Also, I would cut the garlic to 1 or 2 cloves as it wa..."

"Very tasty dish. This was so much better than the frozen palak paneer I used to eat before. The spices were balanced just right and not too spicy even with the addition of red chili powder. Like others, I made a few changes to the recipe. I used frozen chopped spinach, added about 1/2 tsp of ground cumin, substituted red chili powder for the papri..."

"I've tried and been left disappointed by many hummus recipes on the web. This one tastes just like the one I enjoy at my favorite Lebanese restaurant. The ingredients are well balanced and has fewer calories without the oil. I serve the hummus topped with a little bit of ground cumin, a dash red pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Make sure thoug..."

"Wow, this was a terrific tuna salad that tasted better than some deli sandwiches! Even without the raisin bread, this is a great all around tuna salad. I used yellow mustard instead of dijon and omitted the celery seeds and it still tasted great. This is the only tuna salad recipe I will use from now on."
