"At first I thought this was too simple to really be good. Plus I have never liked okra. But after tasting, this recipe blew me away! The flavors really come together and take the slime away from the okra. Thank you for sharing this classic."

"This cheesecake is to die for! I made it for Cinco de Mayo, and I am SO pleased with this recipe. I am a nursing mama, so I used orange juice instead of triple sec and only used 1 Tbs of Tequila. Also, to save time I just used a store-bought graham cracker crust that I had on hand. I did crumble pretzels on the tops of each sliced as I was ser..."

"This is delicious! I made this for use in a recipe for chicken sloppy joes, and since I only needed 1 Tbs, I didn't really measure, just eyeballed it. The flavor is wonderful. I will have to try this on some more things in the summer when we fire up the grill."

"This is delicious! I am so pleased to have given this a try in my bread-maker. I added the ingredients in the order recommended by my machine, and ran it on the dough cycle. It is MUCH better than the french bread recipe that came with the machine. The dough was also a lot easier to work with. I made 5 smaller sized loaves for French dip sand..."

"My husband used this recipe for Thanksgiving today. It was by far the best turkey I have ever eaten. The meat was juicy and the spices were phenomenal. The only thing he did differently was he put cloves of garlic in the cavity and where the legs met the body of the bird. Thank you for the recipe, it will be used again."

"Why have I not reviewed this recipe before?? I use this frequently when I know I am going to have a busy day. I personally prefer it with a little less chicken meat, if I am shredding the chicken. Also, as others have indicated, it makes a great dip when the chicken is shredded. Thanks for posting!"

"I have tried several corn chowder recipes, and this is by far the best! The seasoning and the bacon add such a wonderful flavor. The smell of this simmering on the stove is heavenly! I used corn kernels from a couple ears that I had roasted earlier in the week. This is my new go-to recipe for corn chowder."

"A friend made this exact cake for our church's Valentine's Couple's Dinner, which was a very classy affair, and they served it with a dusting of powdered sugar and raspberries. It is one of the most delicious cakes I have ever tasted! She used slightly less chocolate chips, but otherwise the recipe is identical. I can't wait to use this tomorro..."

"I made this on Easter and it was delicious! I had tried a few other recipes that just didn't have the right flavor. This was the keeper. I did use heavy cream because I had it on hand and needed to use it up, which thickened my soup up more than I liked, so next time I will be sure to stick with the milk. Thanks for posting!"

"I made this glaze for yellow cake recipe #108059. It was absolutely scrumptious! I hadn't planned to glaze the cake, but since I had baked it in a bunny-shaped mold I was afraid a buttercream frosting would cover up all the contours. Because of this, my cake was already completely cool by the time I glazed it, and this didn't seem to harm the e..."
