"DELICIOUS! These are so yummy. I used half the amount of sugar because of the natural sweetness of the beets. The heat from the Dijon, the acidity of the vinegar & lemon, and the earthiness of the beets make a divine combination. Can't wait to see how good these are tomorrow after marinating overnight. Thanks for the awesomely addicting recipe!"

"Thanks for the EASY & delicious recipe KitchenManiac! My husband loved the fresh flavors of the cilantro on the chicken and the tangy kick from the sauce. I substituted lime juice for fish sauce and red pepper flakes for red chiles, and the flavors were still great! I also added a splash of soy sauce to the sauce for color. Will definitely make..."

"DELICIOUS!!! The lime brings out the nuanced flavor of each ingredient. The dish almost takes on a Mediterranean flavor due to the cumin. So easy to make and super inexpensive. This is sure to be a crowd pleaser and I will definitely be sharing this recipe. Thanks Hey Jude!"

"YUM! I am also a free style chef, so I added a healthy dose of cumin, and a diced Anaheim chile for some heat. I also added the garlic at the end to give it a savory kick. I let the chili simmer for about an hour to allow it to reduce. Next time (since my hubby called it a keeper!, I will drain the fat from the turkey so that I do not have to con..."

"Delicious & easy! I used our Easter ham leftovers, and added layers of shredded sharp cheddar cheese as well as some leftover asparagus tips. The only drawback was that the top layer of potatoes was chewy & hard. My husband (who usually hates leftovers loved it! Thanks."
