"As if this needs another 5 star rating; but here it is! My only alterations are to cut out the red pepper (too spicy for us; but we're wimps! and to use boneless thighs as they don't dry out as easily when cooked for awhile. This is a definite keeper; thanks for sharing!"

"I also used about 4 lbs of wings and kept the same amounts for the remaining ingredients. I used Splenda brown sugar and low sodium soy sauce. Basted this twice while baking after turning them. My sauce didn't thicken a whole lot either; but was still fabulous. However, next time I will use a disposable tin pan... even with triple layers of fo..."

"I hate writing anything negative; but I followed this exactly and was very disappointed. The dough was VERY thick and that worried me; but after double checking; I was sure I had included all the ingredients. It was very dense; had a very dry texture and little flavor. I was very hopeful; but honestly won't use this again."

"Add another fan to your list! Wonderful dish; easy to make and lots of variations open to it. After reading other reviews; I made ours with 3 cups cabbage and omitted the regular oil and used 2 Tbls or sesame oil. Ran out of soy sauce with earlier recipe so substituted teriyaki and added a dash of salt to cut the sweetness. Also added 3 Tbls. ..."

Like some of the others, I add 1/2 a cup to a cup of Kahlua to the cake (taking a fork and running it across the top of the cooling cake. And I have never tried the mousse; always used plain chocolate pudding. I will have to try it with the mousse next ti..."

"This is a real crowd pleaser. I have made this same thing (even calling it the same name!, but use a chocolate cake mix in a 9X13 pan rather than the brownie mix. After taking the cake from the over, I score the top of it with a fork and pour 1 cup of Kahlua over it. Marvelous! Thanks for sharing Kathy!"

"This was so simple and so popular I was tempted to let friends believe it was harder than it was. Actually, the most time consuming part was unwrapping the candy-canes. At other reviewers suggestions; I used 2 tsp. of peppermint extract and would actually go to 3 tsp. if using milk chocolate, but only to give it more zing. I used chocolate bark..."
