"I love salty foods, but this meatloaf was a bit too salty, even for me. I think a half tsp would do, as the feta, in itself, is quite salty. "3.5 stars. It is good, light and tasty. The texture was not too loose or watery at all. I guess using the yellow store-bought cake mix is what just makes it not-the-best-cake-in-the-world. If I make this again, I think I would make a homemade cake instead of the store-bought kind."
