"Great recipe, I used only half a teaspoon of mustard and i used 1 cup of olive oil and one cup of sunflower oil. I put the oil in 2 pop top drink bottles and this made a very consistent stream when pouring the oil, the mayonaise came out much thicker this way and it also thickens up more in the fridge. I also clean the eggs with abit of vinegar be..."

"This was very nice. I will be using it in my regular rotations. I used coconut cream instead of powdered coconut and I added a few extra spices that I incorporated from other alu matar recipes (2 bay leaves, 2 green cardamom pods, 4 curry leaves, 1 cinamon stick, 1 teaspoon of corainder powder, 1/2 teaspoon fennel powder and 1/2 teaspoon paprika p..."

"This was an excellent recipe, very quick and easy compared to other recipes. The bread turned out really soft and tasty and uses alot less oil when cooked in the oven, then when I cook flatbread on the stove. I will keep using this recipe."

"Excellent recipe, very easy and versatile. I have made it with chicken and just plain zucchini, next time i want to try it with spinach, sundried tonmato and fried mushrooms. I added a pinch of curry powder, a pinch of turmeric and half a teaspoon of pepper for abit of extra spice. The parsley makes this quiche really delicious."

I think many different grains could be used this way as substitutes, I used semolina in place of barley (because I had run out of it and next time I want to try some burghul as well. I boiled it with 1 cup of milk instead of water and added abit of extra water later when it needed s..."

"We really liked this. I have tried alot of yellow coconut chicken curries and this was the first that was flavourful enough. I really liked the meaty taste that came from using the bones and using chicken stock and thyme along with the strong curry powder taste. I used 6 chicken legs, a can of coconut cream and all the spice powder mix. I like thi..."

"very nice, easy to make and tasty, very moist. It had a bit of an oil taste to it which was the only thing I didn't really love, so next time I will try it with melted butter instead."

"I agree with the reviewers who said this recipe has authentic flavors, the spicing is very similar to that used by various friends I have had from south asian countries. I really loved the taste of the cumin seed (which tasted even better after settling for awhile and eating the leftovers. I think I would like this even more if I substituted some..."
