"Cupcakes frosted with this stuff are FANTASTIC! My family has been treated a few times to fancy-schmancy cupcakes from a cupcake bakery around here that charges like four bucks for a cupcake so I decided to make my own! Boy am I glad I chose this recipe. I used a lemon cake mix and I "piped" this frosting a mile high, using a ziploc bag with the c..."

"This is PERFECT! Exactly what I was looking for to use up some canned sweet potatoes in syrup I had. I made it exactly as written except I subbed a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice for the ginger and nutmeg (I still added cinnamon and cloves as well. I did not add raisins or nuts. I baked it in a 13 X 9 pan and I baked it about 40 minutes. The flavo..."

"Very good! Nice, simple, easy and starightforward. Good flavor. I loved the crust and the topping are made from the same ingredients. I made it as written except I chopped the plums up. Thanks for a nice fast recipe!"

"It does make a lot, which is good. The texture is a little runny and it's a little watery. Next time I'll add less liquid from the can and I'll blend in a little olive oil to make the texture richer. Nice flavor though."

"Very good! Definately a fluffy muffin, as Janie says, rather than a dense moist muffin. I used fresh homegrown apricots and the muffins came out sweet and vanilla-y with chunks of sweet-tart fruit. I omitted the pecans and used 2 cups of fruit. They were so good, I made 3 batches and froze them. Thanks Janie!"

"Oh.My.Goodness! This is a FABULOUS pie. Simple and delicious. No-muss, no-fuss that allows the fresh fruit flavor to shine. We used our homegrown apricots and it came out wonderfully sweet-tart. I subbed flour for the cornstarch and I dotted the top of the fruit with a tablespoon of cut-up cold butter. The recipe doesn't specify, but assumed this ..."

"Really good! I subbed plain yogurt for the sour cream and I only had 2 bananas but it was still nice and subtly banana-y. I added chocolate chips instead of nuts. Super yummy! Great consistency, light muffin texture, not heavy at all like some banana breads. Cooked perfectly in 25 minutes, as written. I filled my muffin cups almost full and got 1..."

"Oh my goodness was this good! Easy and delicious! The potatoes ended up swimming in the syrup and butter sauce though - so I think it really doesn't need that much syrup. I'll decrease the amount of syrup next time which I think will yield the same tasty dish but preserve some of my precious real maple syrup!"

I used Better Than Bouillon vegetarian soup base instead of chicken broth powder and I added about a cup of lightly steamed fresh chopped brocolli before putting in the oven. I was skeptical about cooking the rice uncovered, though, so I covered my baking dis..."
