    "Great dish for a cold afternoon!I used sweet potatoes instead of white ones, used hominy for the corn, low-fat & low-sodium chicken broth for the bouillon cubes, and evaporated skim milk. . . but other than that, I stayed with the recipe! :D I posted a couple of pictures."

    "Very good! I used a large box of macaroni & cheese (the type with soft, not powdered, cheese sauce instead of the macaroni plus Cheez Whiz. I'd recommend using pineapple bits instead of the crushed pineapple; it disappears in the cheese sauce and you can't see it! You can taste it though. Yum!"
