    "Mmmm tasty stuff! 3 tblsp of oil was perfect for us. We enjoyed it mixed in with a mushroom risotto I'd made, then the next day I mixed it with fresh baby spinach, feta, chopped mushies and spring onion to enjoy my own salad for lunch.
    We'll be revisiting this lip smackin' recipe very soon :

    "We made these a little different from the recipe but the base flavour from this recipe is excellent. We used 2 large leeks, added 12 asparagus spears (chopped in 0.5cm pieces and used a vegetarian chicken stock. We put chopped BBQ chicken breast in two of the four pies, so we got 2 Vegetarian pies and 2 Chicken pies."

    I've mixed it up a few times, swapping the tomatoes for char-grilled capsicum & I sometimes cook some chopped mushrooms with garlic in butter, let them cool & use 40g of those with 40g of either tomatoes or capsicum.     "Restaurant quality stuff! I used 1/3 light & 1/3 dark soy so it wouldn't be overly salty for us & fried some fresh chilli with our onion, garlic & ginger...
    Loads of fresh veggies, some tofu & freshly cooked rice on the side....this has knocked our regular stir-fry sauce out of rotation, with it never to be looked at again!
