"I made this yesterday to take to a party. HUGE HIT! I've been asked to make them again for a baby shower this week. I did use more hot sauce - 1 dash just isn't enough for my tastes. Mirj, thanks for another great recipe."

"YUM! Great recipe! My chicken was still frozen when I put it in the pot, so I wasn't able to tenderize it. Because it was frozen, it had to cook longer than called for, but that helped it to become VERY juicy and tender. This recipe has a nice bite to it without being too hot. I took it to a potluck and it was a big hit. This recipe is a keeper!"

"Wonderful recipe! I made my first batch this afternoon. Since several people said they had problems with the nuts toasting too quickly, I baked them at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring them every 5 minutes. They were toasted just right. I only had almonds on hand. These tasted so good and are so easy to make that I just finished a second batc..."

"I've made this quite a few times and didn't realized I hadn't rated it! This is a great recipe. I only use 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, but that's the only change I make. I love having leftovers to take to work, too."

"This was SO good! I was looking for a simple crockpot/chicken recipe and this fit the bill. My son helped cut carrots this morning while I assembled everything else. I used frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I just put them in whole and cut them up when I got home. I also used fresh onions, but no celery because I didn't have any. I forgot..."

"This is a wonderful and easy way to fix potatoes. I melted the butter in the baking pan while the oven was preheating, then sprinkled the spices on top of the melted butter. I also used cayenne pepper for the "kick". The outside of the potatoes was nice and crispy and the inside tender and moist. My autistic son ate ALL of it, even the skin and he..."

"Excellent! Easy to make, healthy, and everyone loved their veggies. Since we don't like artichoke hearts, I didn't use them. I also used mushrooms. I'll be making these again."

"This was awesome! I took this as a cold dish to a church potluck and came home with an empty bowl. Nothing left but a few sesame seeds. I used 1/4 cup sesame oil for the noodles. I also cooked the chicken in olive oil, as suggested by another reviewer. This was a great blend of flavors. Next time I make it, I'm going to cut the chicken into chunks..."

"This was wonderful and so easy. We all loved it. My youngest doesn't like tomatoes, but they were easy for him to take off. I'll be making this more again!"

"I made this for a church breakfast and it was a hit! I used low-fat cheeses, low-fat sausage, and low-fat milk (1% along with egg substitute. I'm not saying it was completely healthy, but at least I felt better about eating all that cheese and it was still yummy. I'll definitely make this one again."
