"I thought I had a potato to use, but did not, so I made this with all pumpkin.
Although I cooked the pumpkin in the microwave I followed and used everything else as per the recipe, and this result was perfect.
Lovely way to cook pumpkin and the crispy sage and butter mix was just wonderful on top of the pumpkin.

"I only made one change to this recipe.... I had a 1/2 a packet of Italian herbs and seasoning in the cupboard and used this as the herb ingredient.
This is one wonderful recipe, the potato's were amazing and the flavour with the herbs was just fantastic. Tiny pieces of roast potato with so much flavour!
