"I tried this over the weekend and found it to be a wonderful recipe that accompanied grilled chicken. I'm a cumin lover and it added a wonderful flavor to this side dish. I added some red pepper flakes and 3 cloves of minced garlic to the oil before adding the zucchini and would encourage any spice and garlic lover to add this also. Great one Y..."

"I came across this recipe by accident but after reading it, decided to try it and it was delicious! The flavor combination went very well with burritos I made last night. I cut back on the jalapenos since DW doesn't care for too much 'heat' and I increased the garlic to 4 cloves since I'm addicted to the stuff. Thanks Sue L - this one's a keepe..."

"I tried this recipe over Memorial Day weekend and all I can say is that it gave an excellent flavor to the porterhouse steak that I used. The extra kick of the spicy mustard and horseradish along with the garlic was a real treat to the taste buds! This is a keeper - thank you Ris!"

"I really enjoy honey-mustard sauce, and while looking for pork chop recipes, this quick one caught my eye. Had it for dinner last night, it was excellent and very easy to make. I reduced the wine more than the recommended 3 minutes as I didn't want it overpower the honey mustard combination. Great recipe, thank you Dorothy!"

"I just happened to have two bottles of Guinness and thought that the combination with the hot sauce and parmesan cheese was unusual, but it turned out very good - flavorful and tasty. My wife questioned the ingredients, but she too enjoyed it. Of course, I HAD to finish the remaining Guinness and the other bottle was without a friend, so that on..."

"Our local super had a sale on asparagus and I decided to try this recipe Friday night. The lemon and oregano gave the asparagus a surprisingly wonderful flavor. The asparagus was a side dish to my Oven Baked Maine Fish. Will definite keep it in my recipe file. Thanks, Bergy!"

"I tried this recipe with our baked Easter ham and it was delicious. Since we were visiting my in-laws and no rum was available, I substituted orange juice. Also, we had a large ham and I wanted extra sauce to serve with the ham, so I doubled the recipe. Lots of good compliments, and when I was asked how I made it, I told people that it was my Z..."

"Our local super had a sale on red cabbage and I decided to try this recipe last night. I can highly recommend it, and this will be added to my recipe list. Very flavorful combination including the chicken stock, wine, and brown sugar. Since I'm a garlic lover, I added a couple extra cloves of garlic. Easy, flavorful side dish. Thanks, Lennie!"

"This recipe jumped out at me and I had to try it for Saturday night's dinner. The colorful combination of red peppers with the snow peas made it that much more appealing. The lemon-y sauce was an excellent topping. My wife throroughly enjoyed it, and this recipe will be a regular in our home. Thanks, Diana!"

"I needed a change of pace from the standard veggies, so decided to make this recipe with chicken for dinner last night. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, since the chicken broth really blended well with the flavor of the broccoli. It will be added to my favorites! Thanks, Ris!"
