    "This is an excellent recipe. I used Basmati rice. That's about the only change I would make; I think a different type of rice would have made this even better, but it's what I had on hand.     "This was an outstanding recipe. I marinated the pork for 24 hours. I also added a tablespoon of finely chopped ginger, and about 1/3 cup of diced onion and a smidge of Sriracha to the marinade. I boiled the marinade during the cooking process for about 12 minutes while the pork was cooking and served it as a sauce. I made this with Recipe #387..."

    "I wish I had found this recipe over the summer. My iced tea and lemonade were so warm. I just knew something was missing.
