"This is an excellent recipe. I used Basmati rice. That's about the only change I would make; I think a different type of rice would have made this even better, but it's what I had on hand. I did have to add quite a bit more of the lite soy sauce for flavor, but I normally do that with restaurant rice, too. I did not put a meat into the recipe,..."

"This was an outstanding recipe. I marinated the pork for 24 hours. I also added a tablespoon of finely chopped ginger, and about 1/3 cup of diced onion and a smidge of Sriracha to the marinade. I boiled the marinade during the cooking process for about 12 minutes while the pork was cooking and served it as a sauce. I made this with Recipe #387..."

"Why oh why can I only give 5 stars?? I knew the Guinness would add something special to the cake. It's such a rich beer, it kept the cakes moist and delicious with the perfect texture. I was a wee bit heavy handed with the Bailey's : and the frosting was absolutely awesome. I got rave reviews on these and I absolutely can't wait to make them ..."

"The consensus at the table was actually 4.5 stars, but I'll bump it up to 5 because it was great! Light cream was just right. It was a bit bland tasting, so I added some extra Old Bay and 2 tbsp of sherry. Perfect! Thanks for the recipe!"

"We enjoyed this! I used 1 tbsp of Old Bay and most of us still found it a bit spicy. I think next time I would use petite diced tomatoes, but the flavor was very good. Thank you for the recipe! Will make this again!"

"I really liked this cake! I made a 13" x 9" sheet cake and baked it for about 25 minutes. I read through the reviews and the comments about how the cake was dry. I wondered if maybe another stick of butter would help, but I instead added around 3 tbsp of oil to the mix. The cake was still a bit on the dry side, but it was absolutely delicious!..."

"This was pretty good. I did cut back on the salt a bit and added a pinch of cumin. Thanks for posting!"

"I wish I had found this recipe over the summer. My iced tea and lemonade were so warm. I just knew something was missing. TIP...you have to carry the tray to the freezer VERY SLOWLY so you don't spill any water. Thank you SO much for posting! My family loved it, so this one's definitely a keeper!"
