"A wonderful easy dish! I sliced my tofu in much thinner slices than suggested by the recipe. I think it soaks up the marinade more and broils crisper. Very flavorful!"

"This was excellent! I chopped up the leftover Chipotle's Chicken and added it to this salad for a light meal. I made a few changes - I used one yellow onion instead of the green and red onions. I used a whole red pepper. I used more cilantro, only 1 tspn salt, and 1/2 tspn cumin. I thought this was a fabulous, easy recipe."

"Very tasty. I really loved the steam then saute method - it left the beans very green and crisp. I used regular green beans rather than haricot vert. I also misread the recipe and used 2 T of soy sauce, rather than 2 t. It still tasted wonderful. The only change I might make is to use a bit less oil and to add a sprinkle of sugar. I will def..."

"This was a great chicken dish! It took some time and preparation to make the marinade, but it was really quick to cook on the day we ate it. I broiled 4 chicken breasts. At first, I thought the chicken didn't have much flavor, but once I salted it, it tasted great. I used dried oregano and a small yellow onion. Overall, good dish. Made for P..."

"Excellent! I only used 1 T butter and one large onion. I added 4 cups of chicken brother, and that was plenty. I used 1/2 cup of coconut, but I couldn't really taste it. Maybe it would stand out more if it was added at the end of the cooking. I also added several cups of arugula just before serving that I wanted to use up - made the curry tas..."

"This was fabulous. I loved the plating ideas - it looked so pretty. It was extremely easy to make. I only used 2 T of dill and 1 T of pepper, but that made the salmon very flavorful. I added some extra dill and pepper to the dressing. I also sprinkled some salt on the salmon. Will definitely make again."

"Excellent and easy. I only had 1 T of curry powder, so I added 1 T of garam masala. I also accidentally used canellini beans instead of chickpeas, but it still tasted fine."

"This was a good recipe. It was very easy and tasty. My only complaint was that it was very acidic. I don't think I did anything wrong. We were just surprised at how acidic it was. It still tasted good, but was almost hard to eat due to the acidity."

"This was great! I used leftover roasted chicken and left off the margarine. So delicious and so easy. Will definitely make again."
