"A pleasure to make these especially since I live in Glamorgan! Very simple to make with easy ingredients. I used Caerphilly cheese (Welsh which isn't too sharp and barely a half teaspoon of ready mixed mustard which gave them a 'tangy' flavour. They cooked quickly and were delicious with a mixed salad and a loaf of fresh bread on the side."

I used a large teaspoon to measure out the mixture and got 20 biscuits. The oats and coconut are a great combination. They hardly had a chance to cool befor..."

"I love simple, easy to prepare dishes like this and this was delicious! I used cheddar cheese and slightly more milk, 1 1/2 cups. I also used fresh broccoli and a little salt and black pepper. I covered the dish for the first 20 mins and then removed the cover for the last 10-15 mins. A meal that will definitely be made again, thanks Dana."

Also, next time I will add the salt to the rice before cooking and not after as in the recipe. I served this with a dish of natural yogurt on the side as there was no liqu..."
