"This was a quick and simple recipe! Very tasty...even the pickiest eater cleaned his plate! The only thing I did different was I used homemade salsa instead of storebought, and I used red bell pepper instead of green. We sprinkled a little cheddar on top and served with corn tortillas! Great recipe! Thanks for posting!!!"

I used cheddar cheese, but unfortunately it did not melt, just clumped. Next time I will try Velveeta and see if that melts better. Overall, a quick and easy soup! Thanks f..."
