"These are very good when done right, but the directions are a little simplistic. You need to really coat them thoroughly with flour, not just a light coating, and turn down your burner temperature so that the water is barely boiling, otherwise you end up with a pot full of floating spinach (like my first batch.      |  By Mike I.

"This recipe was awesome! And very simple. I used unsalted diced tomatoes, 40 oz. frozen chicken tenderloins, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, fresh basil, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and 1/2 c wine. My husband forgot to turn the crockpot off so it cooked for 8 hours on low, and it was wonderful over spaghetti noodles."

"This dish is just perfect! It is so easy, the meat just falls apart. I served over rice and topped with green onion, salted peanuts and lime wedges. I have made it 3 times in one month."

"This is an awesome salad! I used frozen brocolli and boiled it for 5 minutes. I substituted 6 oz. feta cheese crumbles instead of the gouda cheese, and it is just perfect. Great way to get your family to eat their veggies."
