I made a seafood version w/ fresh cod, shrimps, and clams.
I did not use green pepper or carrot but it came out great!!
I served it with a brown wheat bread.
This is a keeper, and a nice way to have chowder without all the calories!!"

"Easy to prep and make - make like a "stew dish".
Flavors were a bit bland and one note but filling none the less.
Served it with white rice.
I added a splash of Worcestershire sauce and some baby carrots and celery as we like some veg.
I skipped the rouille as I did not think it was necessary.

"Easy and delicious!
I must admit that I over seasoned my flour, thus making it too peppery. My own fault as I did not measure.
I served with mashed potatoes and steamed veg.

"This is one of my favorite soups to make. I have made it now regularly and it keeps getting easier and better each time. I use cherizo instead of linguia. I also omit the beans. I sometimes to cut corners I have used frozen kale which works fine. I also add more red pepper as it is cold here in New Hampshire.Its a really yummy and inexpensive meal..."

"Wow. All I can say is wow. I can not belive how good this recipe was. Easy and cheap too.
Not all that bad either health wise.
I cut off most of that noticeable fat before breading.

"Loved this recipe. The sauce was really good and was fresh tasting.
I sauteed the chicken first, and then put them aside. I then made the sauce in the same pan, then added the chicken and melted the cheese under the broiler on low.

"A decent recipe. I really liked the veg actually more than the turkey.
It was cooked perfectly, and I did add a bit of butter to it while sauteing it.
The meat was a bit tough and bland the more it got to the bone.
